1. Who we are

bogl.ai is a trading name of Aingaran Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 07432672), registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. Contact:info@bogl.ai.

2. What the service is

The AI Visibility Check is an automated check of a public website. It looks at the things AI assistants and AI search rely on to read and describe a business. It reads public pages only and doesn't change anything on your site.

The full report also includes an AI search test: an AI assistant with web search runs a few searches a customer might make, and we show whether your site appeared in the results and which businesses the assistant would suggest. It is a snapshot: results change from day to day, and the assistant's suggestions are its own, not ours.

The service does not guarantee what any AI assistant says about you, your ranking, traffic or enquiries. Those depend on third parties we don't control. The report is general information about your website, not professional advice.

3. Using the check

Only check websites you own or are allowed to check. Don't use the service to overload, attack or scrape sites, or to get around our limits. We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

4. Free check

The free check is free and may change or stop at any time.

5. Full report (£39)

The price shown is the total you pay. The report is digital content. It is generated and shown straight after payment, and your order confirmation email includes the link to it and a record of your request for immediate supply.

Your right to cancel: before you pay, we ask you to agree to the report being supplied straight away and to confirm you understand that you then lose the usual 14-day right to cancel. If the report can't be generated for your site, or is faulty, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

6. Monitoring (£14 a month)

What you get. About once a month we re-run the full AI Visibility Check on the website you chose and compare it with the previous check. Your monitoring page shows your score, what changed, new issues and what you've fixed, with each month's full report. We also email you a short update with the link. The page is always up to date, even if an email doesn't reach you, so please bookmark it. Monitoring has the same limits as the report (section 2): it shows how ready your site is for AI search, not what any assistant will say about you.

Price and renewal. £14 a month, including any VAT, paid by card through Wix Payments. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, and the subscription then renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time yourself, without contacting us: use "Cancel monitoring" on your monitoring page. Cancelling stops all future payments. Your checks continue until the end of the month you've already paid for, and then stop. We don't refund part-months, except as below or where the law requires it.

Your right to cancel in the first 14 days. You can change your mind within 14 days of subscribing: cancel as above and email info@bogl.ai within those 14 days, and we'll refund your first payment in full.

If a payment fails. Monthly checks pause until the payment goes through. Our payment provider may try the payment again. If the payment still isn't made, the subscription ends and checks stop. To pay with a different card, cancel on your monitoring page and subscribe again, or email us and we'll help. We don't charge any fee for a failed payment.

If we can't check your site. If your site can't be checked in a month (for example, it's down or blocks our checker), we'll try again on later days. If we can't provide a check for a whole month you've paid for, email us and we'll refund that month.

Ending the service. We may stop offering monitoring by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. We'll stop taking payments, and we'll refund any payment covering a period after the service ends.

Your results. We keep your monitoring reports for 12 months after each check, then delete them (see ourprivacy notice). Anyone with your monitoring page link can see it and cancel the subscription, so share the link with care.

7. Our responsibility to you

We take reasonable care to make the check accurate. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit or opportunity), or for changes you make to your website based on the report. If we're responsible for a loss, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the report or subscription involved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live in the UK.
